CNC PARENTS' MEETING

家校共育促成长，春风明媚润桃李。为进一步加强家校协作，有效促进家校之间的教育合力，山语湖双语学校双语实验部于2023年3月3日下午，召开本学期第一次家长会。

Family and school working together to promote growth, and the teacher earnestly teaching the students. In order to strengthen family-school cooperation and effectively further, and promote the educational synergy between home and school, the Bilingual Experimental Department of CBIS held the first parents meeting of this semester on the afternoon of March 3, 2023.

家长会上，老师们向各位家长解读了本学期学部的主要特色课程，例如以主题探究为主的一、二年级的PBL项目课程;以“跨学科”主题探究为主的三至八年级的STEM课程。同时还介绍了我校特色的国学课程、英语课程、以学生为中心的课堂以及我校特色评价工具“成长银行”等。

At the parents' meeting, the teachers explained to the parents the characteristic courses of the Bilingual Experimental Department for this semester, such as the PBL project courses for Grade 1 and Grade 2 and STEM courses for Grades 3 to 8, which are both mainly focused on theme inquiries. At the same time, the teachers also introduced other characteristic courses，such as Sinology, English , student-centered classes and the characteristic assessment tool "Growth Bank" .

老师们还分享了孩子们在学校的学习和生活情况，家长们也同样将孩子在家的表现情况与老师分享。

通过相互沟通了解，搭起了家校教育合力的桥梁，为推动孩子向更好的方向发展铺平了道路。

The teachers also shared the children's learning and living at school, and the parents also shared the children's performance at home with the teachers.

Through mutual communication and understanding, the bridge between home and school education has been consolidated, paving the way for children to develop in the right direction.

此次家长会，家长们纷纷表示收获颇多，并对山语湖双语学校双语部和老师们给予了高度的评价和认可。
