您好!2022年的暑假如期而至。首先，感谢您一直以来为孩子成长所做出的不懈努力，感谢您对学校工作的理解、支持与配合!为持续开展对孩子的养成教育，让您的孩子过一个安全、愉快而有意义的假期，现将暑假注意事项及下学期开学的有关安排告知于您：

学习篇

Study

1.每天按计划完成一定量的暑假作业，不突击、不拖拉、不抄袭。

Complete a certain amount of summer homework as planned every day.

2.能通过各种渠道了解国内外大事，收看各种新闻节目、报刊或收听广播。

Be able to understand major events at home and abroad through various channels.

3.坚持每天看增长知识的中外课外书籍和做读书笔记。

Persist in reading Chinese and foreign extracurricular books that increase knowledge every day.

安全篇

Security

1.交通安全：教育孩子遵守交通法规，注意骑车安全,14岁以下不骑共享单车。

Obey traffic laws.

2.生活安全：不暴饮暴食，防止食物中毒;严禁孩子吸烟、饮酒、接触毒品。提醒孩子注意居家安全，注意用电安全、用火安全、用煤气安全。

Do not overeating to prevent food poisoning.

3.溺水安全：严禁孩子私自下河、塘、水库等游泳，加强孩子的安全教育和监管。

It is strictly forbidden for children to swim in rivers, ponds, reservoirs, etc.

4.网络安全：利用网络学习，不痴迷网络游戏，提高上网自我保护意识。

Use online learning, not obsessed with online games.

5.疫情安全：疫情期间尽量少外出聚餐，少去人员密集的地方，戴口罩，勤洗手;特别提醒不要到疫情中高风险地区旅游。

Try to go out for dinner as little as possible, and avoid crowded places

生活篇

1.请您和孩子一起制定合理的假期计划和生活作息时间表。

Make a reasonable vacation plan and life schedule.

2.督促孩子每天早起早睡，并坚持参加1小时的体育锻炼活动。

Insist on participating in physical exercise activities for 1 hour every day.

3.严格控制孩子上网特别是玩游戏的时间，注意读书写字姿势，注意保护视力。

Strictly control the time children spend online.

4.关注孩子身心健康，多开展健康有益的亲子活动，关心孩子的学习和生活，对孩子假期交友，阅读的课外书籍和玩的游戏要特别关注，做正确的引导。

实践篇

Practice

1.鼓励学生参加各种读书活动、社区活动、调查、实践、低碳生活等活动，增长知识，提高适应社会和独立生存能力。

Encourage students to participate in various reading activities.

2.参加开展家庭及社会实践活动，坚持每天有劳动活动，懂得体贴他人的辛劳。

Participate in family and social practice activities.

3.参加社区和社会的公益活动，如垃圾分类宣传、交通、美术馆、图书馆等志愿活动。Participate in community and social public welfare activities.
